The masterplan sets out a comprehensive redevelopment proposal for adjoining brownfield sites located on the southern edge of the city centre.

The mixed-use proposal combines offices, apartments and shops with a new pedestrian route across the site, a public neighbourhood square and private amenity space for the local community.
