Open plan holiday apartment in a converted stable block
The vacant stable has been converted into a self-contained holiday apartment, with a spacious open-plan interior and a rustic material palette to reflect the agricultural nature of the building and its rural setting.
A new panoramic balcony hovers above the adjacent duck pond with uninterrupted view across the open countryside towards the fields of Broad Moor, where the Battle of Naseby took place in 1685.
The stable block formed part of a disused farmstead, which fell into disrepair and was eventually converted into a dwelling as part of wider work to the estate.
